Apparel Orders FAQS

We ship apparel orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

We offer free shipping on all apparel. Woohoo!

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date on unopened and unworn apparel only. The apparel should still be in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all products. For full details on returns please view our returns policy.

X-Pole Orders FAQS

X-Pole orders are processed within 2-4 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.

X-Pole products have varying shipping costs, as detailed below:

X-Fly – $50.00

Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened pole boxes, as all sales are final. For a return to be considered, the pole must be in its original, unopened packaging.

All returns are subject to approval by our management team. If approved, the returned item will be inspected, and a 10% restocking fee may be applied. Please email us photos of the pole in its original wrapping and box before you ship it back.
